The Drumore Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Amos L. Beiler for property located at 1450 Harmony Ridge Drive, Drumore, PA. The applicant is requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 201.7 of the Drumore Township Zoning Ordinance to subdivide an 11.6+/acre tract of land to create a lot greater than 2 acres but less than 40 acres. The property is located in the Agricultural Zone (A).
