Posted on: March 16, 2020[ARCHIVED] NOTICE - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautionary Measures for Municipal Building & Other Important Info
During this COVID-19 challenge, the Drumore Township Board of Supervisors has decided to limit public access to the building for the safety of staff, residents and the community. Please make note of the following until further notice:
The Road Department will continue to be open for business during regular business hours and maintenance of roads will continue. Doors to the building will be locked.
The Secretary-Treasurer will work remotely from home so the Business Office will be closed during regular business hours.
We can be reached by phone or email as usual. Your voice mail message or email message will be forwarded to the appropriate staff person for a response.
If you need to stop by to drop something off, use the mail slots in the doors.
See Calendar on HOMEPAGE for more info on our meetings. Social distancing measures will be practiced until further guidance is received from our state/county officials.
Solanco Engineering Associates has been deemed an essential service and their office will remain open. As an extension of our municipality, their code enforcement role protects public health safety and will continue to do so until the Executive Order is lifted and they return to normal unrestricted operations. Solanco Engineering’s office will remain locked until further notice. They have a drop box available for drop off and pick up located by the front office door. It is suggested the residents call the office to advise my staff that information is located in the drop box. There will be no interruption of service to our municipality or residents.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
